When a group of schoolgirls are taken hostage in Afghanistan, an American soldier named Jake (Eva Green) joins a unit of all-female commandos to rescue them. The plan: to gain the terrorists’ trust by posing as members of an aid organization. But double dealings, tragedies and the ghosts of Jake’s past complicate the rescue in this life-or-death mission.
